• • Ensuite Sites Please note: Our ensuite sites will only accommodate vans, vehicles or trailers etc with a maximum overall length from front to back – including towbar, of 6 metres (20ft) Any reservation made with a vehicle over this limit will be changed to a powered site, if available, with no refund on the variance of rate.
  • Check-In time For all Cabin / Chalet / Beach House or Studio accommodation is between 2pm and 6pm. Guests arriving after 6pm must call the office to make alternate arrangements. Check-in for en-suite and powered sites is 11:30am.
  • All Check-out Times are 10am. Please contact the Office to request a late check out – fees may apply
  • Reception Hours ​​​​Hours are 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 5:30pm Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
  • Deposits and Payments:
    The full balance payable for your booking is due 30 days prior to your arrival. The Park will process a charge against your credit card and send a receipt and confirmation letter to your email address.  In the event of a one night stay on a site or ensuite site, full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Changes and Cancellations:
    Bookings cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival will be refunded, less a $30 booking fee. Cancellations 15 to 30 days prior to arrival date will incur a fee of 50% of the deposit.
    Cancellations 15 days or less prior to arrival date will not receive any refund. Cancellation of bookings for Christmas, Easter, School Holidays and Long Weekends with less than 30 days notice will forfeit the full deposit. In the event of a one night stay on a site, full payment will be forfeited. Guests who fail to arrive on the designated day will forfeit full payment. No refund for early departure or inclement weather.
  • Rates Rates are quoted for 2 adults occupying the accommodation or site, extra charges apply for additional adults and/or children. Adult rates apply to people over the age of 16 and there is no charge for children 2 years and under. Please note rates are subject to change without notice.
  • Special requests We are unable to provide or guarantee specific sites numbers or accommodation requests, they are on a request basis only and are not guaranteed.
  • Pets  We have pet friendly accommodation available, however bookings for accommodation can only be made direct with us by phone, not online. Please call us to discuss your needs. Pets are not allowed in park facility buildings at any time. Refer to our Pet Policy online or please request a copy to be emailed to you.  Pets are not permitted on sites or in accommodation during peak periods,holiday periods, long weekends and special events.
  • BIG4 MEMBERS
    If a valid Membership number is provided at the time of booking the tariff stated in the confirmation letter will include the relevant BIG4 discount, alternatively please provide your Membership number prior to checking in.
    PLEASE NOTE: A BIG4 member discount does not apply when the booking is made through a Third party e.g. Booking.com , Expedia, Travel agents etc and is not to be used in conjunction with any periodic specials/hot deals where the benefit provided is already greater than the BIG4 discount to which the member would have been eligible.

Park Rules

Our Aim is for all our Guests to enjoy their stay with us.

To help us achieve this, as a minimum, please observe the following:

• All Quiet 10pm
• Washing of Cars / Boats / Equipment Yes, we also have water restrictions – the same as the rest of Western Australia. The washing of cars/boats equipment etc is strictly prohibited in the park. There is a tap at the Marina that can be used for this purpose.
• Wind Breaks of any size or description are not permitted to be connected to any Accommodation or erected on Sites. Guests will be asked to remove them immediately if they are found.
• Shade Houses Gazebos or any type of shade house are not permitted to be erected outside accommodation. Guests will be asked to remove them immediately if they are found.
• Vehicles / Boat Parking There is limited space to safely park extra vehicles and/or boats on sites or at the side of accommodation, so you may be requested to park your vehicles or boat at the rear of the park.
• Children are the responsibility of their parents/carers whilst in the park and must be accompanied by an adult at all times whilst in all park facilities, including the Ablutions, Camp kitchen and BBQ areas.
• Clothes Lines Temporary lines around your site are not permitted and Guests in accommodation are requested to use the folding clothes line provided and refrain from hanging towels, clothes etc over the balcony.
• Cleaning of Fish There is an area by the jetty where you are able to do this, please do not clean or scale fish in the park.
• Visitors Your visitors are welcome however you are responsible for their behaviour whilst they are in the park. All visitors should make themselves known to the Park Reception on arrival. Parking for visitors is available only in the street outside the park and they must vacate the park by 10pm
• Pets We are a pet friendly park however pets are not permitted in the Park during peak periods, long weekends or school holidays. We have pet friendly accommodation available. Bookings for accommodation can only be made direct with us by phone, not online. Please call us to discuss your needs.
• Smoking is not permitted in any park facility or accommodation.
• Theft Please secure or lock away your valuables and report any suspicious persons or activity to the Office.
• Speed Limit / Road System Adults, children, vehicles and pets share our roads. Vehicles, bikes and scooters etc please observe the speed limit of 8kph and the one-way system to ensure the safety of everyone. Bikes and scooters etc are not allowed to be used in the park after dark.

Right of Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time from any person reasonably believed to:

• Not be the person named on the booking request.
• Not be the person named on the credit card or not be authorised to use the card.
• Not be able to pay for any charges.
• May cause damage to the property of the park or other guests.
• May exhibit socially unacceptable behaviour.
• Be younger than 18 years and not accompanied by a responsible person over that age.
• Be concealing a dog or other unauthorised animal.

We reserve the right to eject guests from the park who are deemed by management to be behaving in a socially unacceptable way; causing damage; disturbing other guests; using unacceptable language or otherwise breaking Park Rules. No refund will be given and charges will apply for any damage caused.

Visitors are welcome however need to park outside the park and leave by 10pm.

Subletting of Accommodation

Accommodation/sites are provided to the booking party for the guest(s) as named on the booking. Accommodation must not be sublet or resold by the booking party for commercial gain without our prior written consent. Genuine group bookings are not affected.

Liability

You are solely responsible for your own belongings and We are under no obligation to replace or compensate, nor shall We be liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result of Your property being lost, stolen or damaged.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, We will not be held responsible or liable in for any accident, direct or indirect loss including but not limited to loss suffered to property or person, damage, fatality, injury, psychological injury, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, disappointment or health related issue whatsoever during your stay at BIG4 Dongara Denison Beach Holiday Park. You agree to fully and finally release and discharge Us from any liability, claim, action, right or entitlement whatsoever You have against Us whether known or unknown, whether accrued, contingent or inchoate arising out of, concerning or relating to your stay

If a condition or warranty cannot be excluded at law then You agree to the fullest extent permitted by law that Our liability for a breach of the condition or warranty shall be, at Our sole election, the re-supply or payment of the cost of re-supply of the relevant goods or services. All other conditions and/or warranties are expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law

You, or if under the age of 16, Your parents or legal guardians, fully indemnify Us against any loss, liability, damage, action, demand, expense, claim, fine, charge or obligation which We have or may suffer or incur by reason of or in any way consequent upon, arising out of or incidental to the non-performance or non-observance of the obligations and liabilities imposed on You under this contract or by reason of or concerning or arising out of Your conduct, act or omission on or related to the Booking or your stay at the Property
