BOOKING CONDITIONS

Deposits and Payments

A credit card payment of 50% on the full amount of your stay is required upon booking. A one-night stay requires full upfront payment. The Park will process a charge against your credit card and email confirmation to you.

Cancellations

Bookings cancelled 30 days or more prior to the arrival date will be refunded in full (less a $30.00 booking fee).
Bookings cancelled 15 to 30 days prior to the arrival date will have 50% of the deposit deducted.
Bookings cancelled less than 15 days prior to the arrival date will have 100% of the deposit deducted (forfeited).
Bookings can be moved without penalty (dependant on availability).

Office Hours

Monday to Friday:  8:00am to 6:00pm
Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays:  9:00am to 5:00pm
Office hours may change in certain circumstances.
Guests arriving outside these times must contact park reception during reception hours to make alternate arrangements. Guests who fail to arrive on the designated day will forfeit their deposit.

Park Rules
  • Please leave the camp kitchen and BBQ area clean and tidy after use. Newspaper, scrapers and bins are provided for rubbish disposal.
  • Smoking is not permitted in chalets, cabins, the camp kitchen, laundry or restrooms. Ashtrays are supplied on balconies of chalets and cabins for smokers. Please do not drop your cigarette butts in the Park.
  • All damages incurred by guests to property in the Park will be paid for by the guest prior to departure.  We accept fair wear and tear on items in the Park but any damage that does not fall into this category will incur an invoice for repair or replacement.
  • For your safety and the safety of others, the speed limit within the Park is 8km/h.
  • Dogs belonging only to paying guests are permitted in the Park at managers discretion and date restrictions do apply. We do not permit pets of any kind inside our accommodation.
  • No pets are permitted in the Park during school holidays and long weekends.
  • Please do not play loud music or create noise that could disturb others after 10:00pm.
  • Children are to be accompanied by an adult in the ablutions and camp kitchen at all times.
  • Please park your vehicle on your site only. If you cannot fit on your site there is extra vehicle parking at the northern end of the Park.
  • Visitors to the Park must park their cars outside.
  • Please crush any cardboard boxes or cartons before placing in bins.
  • Wrap and dispose of fish and crayfish waste in the bins provided. There are fish cleaning facilities at the Marina with daily rubbish pick-ups. Please note that the Park has a once a week rubbish pick-up on Wednesday and more regular pick-ups during busy periods.
  • Aluminium cans can be placed in large open bins provided in the back of the undercover BBQ area and also next to the camp kitchen.  Local Charity groups collect these.
  • Due to water restrictions set by Dongara and Port Denison, washing of any vehicles e.g. cars, caravans, motorhomes or boats is not permitted in the park.
  • Please only use the clothesline provided, and please avoid leaving your washing on these lines overnight.
  • The Park is not responsible for any items lost or stolen, so please be mindful of your valuables.
  • Do not remove any property from the Park that you do not own, i.e., hoses, tap fittings, etc. The hoses provided are the property of the Park and are in place to ensure the grass stays green.
  • Do not tie ropes to trees or the slip-rails dividing the campsites. These become extremely dangerous in low light conditions and can damage trees or injure other guests.
  • Children are to wear helmets at all times when riding, bicycles, scooters, roller blades etc. There is to be no riding of bicycles, scooters, roller blades etc between sunset and sunrise.
  • Cricket, football and other outdoor games are not to be played in the Park. There is an open playing area adjacent to the waterfront chalets near the beach where this can be done.
  • If you have an emergency or problem that needs to be remedied please call us on our after hours number 9927 1131.
  • Check-in time for accommodation is from 2:00pm onwards.
  • Check-in time for powered sites is from 11:00am onwards. Check in times for ensuite site is from 12.00pm (noon).
  • Check-out time is 10:00am.  A fee will be assessed for late checkouts.
  • Please be aware that the beachfront is a public walkway, so it is advisable not to leave items unsecured.
